The Gryffindors
Godric Gryffindor founded this house. The animal for the Gryffindor House is a Lion, because like the Gryffindor's they're brave and daring. The house ghost is Nearly Headless Nick. The "Fat Lady" portrait guards the Gryffindor dormitories and common rooms. Gryffindor have won the house cup 3 times while Harry has been at Hogwarts and the Quidditch cup once. Professor McGonagall is the head of Gryffindor House and she also teaches Transfiguration. All the Weasley's have been in Gryffindor. Harry's parents were in Gryffindor and so was Albus Dumbledore. It was Gryffindor house who had the youngest seeker in over 100 years, Harry Potter. Their Quidditch uniforms are scarlet and their house colors are gold and scarlet.
